Welcome to Sportslive. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and the Sportslive platform. The terms outlined on this page apply to all users in Bangladesh. Providing accurate and truthful information is required to open an account on Sportslive. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number accurately.
• Sportslive may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Sportslive support immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

After registration, a verification link will be sent to your email. If your email is not verified within 48 hours, your account may be automatically deactivated. For any issues with verification, please contact our help centre.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Sportslive. They are in place to protect both users and the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless Sportslive voids it due to a technical error on its end.
• Odds displayed before a match begins are subject to change. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Sportslive is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm during live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• Sportslive reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or inconsistent.
• In the event of any dispute over a match result, the official announcement by the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are set by Sportslive and are subject to change.

Sportslive offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more than 20 other sports. Each sport may have its own specific rules, which are detailed on the betting page.

Sportslive supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per day (may vary by account).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 5–15 minutes. During peak times, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to your own registered mobile banking number. Transfers to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Sportslive may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals pending an investigation.
• Any attempt to chargeback a deposit or withdrawal will result in account closure.

Sportslive regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before opting in.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only. Each user is eligible for this offer once.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (Wagering Requirement). Bonus funds are generally withdrawable after being wagered 5x–10x.
• Each voucher or promo code can only be used once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• If you feel your betting is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option.
• Set a deposit limit to keep your spending in check.
• Sportslive strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or placing bets.
• A cooling-off period request will temporarily deactivate your account for 7 to 30 days.

Sportslive may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system or odds.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Evidence of account creation by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

For any dispute with Sportslive, please reach out to our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a betting result must be raised within 72 hours of the match ending.
• For payment disputes, please submit your request along with transaction screenshots and dates.
• If a matter cannot be resolved through support, it can be escalated to Sportslive's senior management.
• Sportslive's decisions are considered final and binding.

Sportslive reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
